“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to Maple Byte. “Services” include our marketing, advertising, design, development, consulting, and related offerings. By using the Services, you acknowledge you have read and accepted these Terms.

We provide 360° digital marketing solutions including SEO, performance advertising, social media, content, branding, analytics, and web/app development. Service specifics, KPIs, deliverables, and timelines will be set out in a proposal, SOW, or order form.

• You’re responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for activity under your accounts.
• Timely access to assets, approvals, budgets, and platforms is required to meet timelines.
• Delays in client inputs may shift deadlines; additional work may be quoted separately.

• Fees may be fixed, hourly, retainer, or performance-based as agreed in writing.
• Media spend is separate from service fees unless explicitly stated.
• All amounts are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, and withholding.
• Late payments may incur suspension of work and/or finance charges as permitted by law.

• Pre-existing IP of each party remains with that party.
• Upon full payment, client receives a license or ownership of specified deliverables per the SOW.
• We may reference anonymized results and non-confidential deliverables in portfolios unless you object in writing.

Non-public business, technical, or personal data shared is confidential and will be used solely to provide the Services, protected with reasonable safeguards.

We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy and, where required, under a separate data processing agreement (DPA).

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to fees paid for the three (3) months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts in Melbourne, Australia.

• Provided data: contact forms, proposals, support requests, payments, resumes.
• Automatic data: IP, device, browser, pages viewed, cookies, analytics identifiers.
• Third-party data: ad platforms, CRM/marketing tools, social networks, and data you authorize us to access.

• Provide and improve Services; personalize content and ads.
• Measure performance, run analytics and attribution.
• Process payments and manage contracts.
• Communicate about projects, updates, and promotions (you can opt out).
• Security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.

We use cookies/pixels for site functionality, analytics, and advertising. You may adjust browser settings or use our cookie banner to manage preferences.

We retain data as long as necessary to provide Services, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Reasonable safeguards are applied to protect your data.

You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your data and object to certain processing or withdraw consent by contacting us.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date and, where required, we will notify you.
